Being in the middle of Melbourne COVID-19 Lockdown Number 2 - the big one from July 8, 2020 to October 27, 2020 (a whopping 111 days) - we decided to purchase 133 acres of land in the country. Unable to do an inspection, we bought it, sight unseen, Other than some aerial photographs from the web, we really didn't know what we were purchasing.
